Large cylindrical forgings refer to cylinder-shaped forgings that meet specific size and quality requirements, formed through forging and processing in the forging process. They are widely used in industries such as nuclear power equipment, marine machinery, and hoisting machinery, and serve as one of the indispensable components in large-scale equipment and engineering projects.
Through processes like initial processing, machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment, large cylindrical forgings gradually transition from rough machining to precision machining. The steel cylinder is cut using an oxygen cutting torch of a flame cutting machine, shaping it into specified dimensions. Additionally, the sawing method employs a sawing machine to cut the steel cylinders into different lengths.
